Well... I figured this would be better than giving out links or e-mailing all the time. I don't know much of anything about designing web pages so this is real "thrown together". It's mostly just a gallery for my jewelry and not meant as an actual website for selling, etc.

 

I call my art/business "MacraKae" because I use the art of knot-tying (macrame' ) to create the jewelry, and my middle name is Kae. My sister came up with the name and it's stuck ever since.

 

What started out as a hobby 8 years ago has become an on-and-off business for me. I enjoy creating jewelry, and am continuously coming up with new designs. Sometimes they come out great...others..... not so good. In the past year I've really gotten into making more elegant dressy jewelry as you will see in the pictures. I sell to a local shop in Nacogdoches and individuals. Whoever wants something, really. MacraKae will always be more of a hobby because of how time consuming it is...and the fact that I only have two hands!! (It wouldn't be good if I got arthritis at age 30, now would it?) So anyway.....
